Overview

Runbox offers a wide range of email tools and features, and here you will find information and help for all of them. You might want to start by browsing the Help Menu to the left or use the search box, as the answer to your question is likely to be found there.

Documentation

Please see the Help Menu for documentation on all the different functions of Runbox Mail Manager. The main sections are Webmail for reading and writing email, and Manager for administration tools and access methods.

Getting help

We are dedicated to help you get the most out of your email experience, so please follow these steps if you're having problems or have any question related to Runbox or email:

1. If you experience service interruptions, check the Service Status page to see if Runbox is already aware of, and working on, any problem.
2. Try the Runbox Wizard, which contains answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
3. Find solutions or submit a support ticket using the Runbox Support System at support.runbox.com.
4. Send a message to support@runbox.com for technical support, or billing@runbox.com for subscription and payment related inquiries.
   Please include your Runbox username and a detailed description of your problem or issue. (Norwegian users: Send en mail til support@runbox.no.)
5. Post a question or search for answers in the Runbox Forum, a community of Runbox administrators and users helping each other with email-related problems. To get help, please include:
   • Your Runbox username.
   • An exact description of the problems you are experiencing.
   • When the problems started.
   • Any settings you have changed that might have affected functionality.
6. Send a message to the Runbox Mailing list. You can subscribe or edit your settings at lists.runbox.no and browse the mailinglist archives for past messages.

We like video help and use YouTube a lot for video assistance. Whatever you need help for there is often a good YouTube video to show you how to fix it. Visit youtube.com and search for your issue, see Runbox own Youtube channel Runbox Youtube channel, for instance "Set up pop email".
